10 SIGNS OF BURN OUT

1-Procrascinate the things you should (need to) do. I currently should learn coding, yet ı do everything to put it off.

2-Being impatient. Not having enough energy which makes difficult to tackle with even simple daily matters.

3-Staying away from people and having no tolerance for possible relationship problem . Another one is overreacting towards a simple problem.

4-Having sleep problems. Being so tired  but not being able to sleep. I don’t remember how many times ı have experienced that.

5-Not being affective at work.

6-Not having any interest towards your current hobbies.

7-Killing too much time on social media.

8-Having the feeling of boredom quite often. A side effect is doing multiple stuffs simultaneously. For example while watching a movie, checking out your phone constantly or surfing on the net at the same time .

9-Being prone to bad habits. While trying to get some comfort, you might end up with  bad habits. That is pretty risky. Because once you have a bad habit, kicking the bad habit from your life might be  a big struggle  and pretty painful.

10-Being filled with the unpleasant thoughts which result in unfocused mind.

All of them written based on my personal experience.
